Just ME Catering is located in Longmont, Colorado and caters to the Denver, Boulder, Loveland, Berthoud, Fort Collins and Longmont area. Just ME Catering has been in business for four years. The owner/chef, Mike Elgin, has over eighteen years of cooking knowledge including experience in a French restaurant. Mike loves the many varieties of cooking styles these days and has a strong background in meat, seafood, Cajun, Creole and Southwestern dishes. The fan base for Just ME Catering is growing with each new customer and Just ME Catering has a steady base of repeat business.
From corporate catering to weddings, graduations or birthdays, Just ME Catering will help create an exciting menu for your occasions. Just ME Catering has been a member of the Longmont Area Chamber of Commerce since 2001.

Recent community events include:

• Taste of Longmont 2001 thru 2004. A large community social gathering with live music and over twenty restaurants, caterers and purveyors. Annual attendance between 1600 – 2000 people per year

• Longmont Regional Fly-In At Vance Brand Municipal Airport 2002 & 2003. Just ME Catering fed over 1600 people in the 2002 event and 90 people in the awards banquets that followed in both 2002 & 2003.

• Rhythm on the River at Roger’s Grove 2000 & 2001 – A City of Longmont Annual Music Festival and Community Fund Raiser. Just ME Catering fed over 600 persons and donated 50% of the profits to the City and other non-profit organizations.

• Downtown Longmont Music Festival, 2003. Served hundreds of people gumbo and barbecue in an evening musical event.

Corporate and private events over the last three years have included group sized of up to 350 people. They are professionally handled with serving staff or in a buffet style.
